On July 10, 2024, at the shipping site of Hebei Saint-Neptune Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., one could truly feel the vibrant vitality and robust strength of China's mining equipment manufacturing industry. The enormous equipment components were carefully packed and ready to embark on their journey to the Julong Project site of Zijin Group.
Zijin Group, as a leader in the mining industry, sets stringent standards for equipment selection and procurement, which undoubtedly represents the highest recognition of a supplier's capability and quality. This time, four units of exceptionally large rubber cylindrical screens—rare in China—with a diameter of 5m×5.1m, were custom-designed for the Julong Project. The design and production of these extra-large cylindrical screens posed a significant challenge to the company's manufacturing capabilities and technological expertise. However, Hebei Saint-Neptune, leveraging its deep industry experience and advanced technical strength, successfully accomplished this formidable task. These screens will play an irreplaceable role in the Julong Project with their outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-efficiency screening capabilities. They are not only the culmination of technological innovation, but also the key to enhancing ore processing efficiency and precision.
In addition, Zijin Group also utilized four units of 7.9m×14.4m ball mill discharge liners. These liners will effectively improve the operational stability and discharge efficiency of the ball mills, providing solid support for the deep processing of ores in the Julong Project.
