Recently, two batches of products for important projects manufactured by our company were successfully loaded and shipped to two large industrial project sites in Indonesia.
Large-Diameter Wear-Resistant Pipes for the CNMC 15MCC Indonesia Amman Copper Concentrator Expansion Project - Shipment Dispatch.
This project is undertaken by the 15th Metallurgical Construction Company of CNMC (15MCC). Located on Sumbawa Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia, the Batu Hijau mine is the site of a critical expansion project for the existing Amman copper concentrator, aimed at enhancing its copper ore processing capacity and efficiency.
The products being shipped in this batch are DN400–DN950 series large-diameter wear-resistant pipes. These pipes will be installed in the concentrator's core slurry conveying system, where they will be tasked with the high-intensity transportation of highly abrasive ore slurries.

Shipment of Raw Material and Decomposition Hydrocyclone Clusters for the Jinjiang Group Indonesia PT. Borneo Alumindo Prima Phase II Project

This project serves the Phase II expansion of PT. Borneo Alumindo Prima (BAP), a significant alumina production enterprise invested by Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Co., Ltd. in Indonesia. As a leading private non-ferrous metals enterprise in China, the Jinjiang Group regards its Indonesian alumina project as a vital component of its internationalization strategy.

The products shipped in this delivery consist of 2 sets of raw material hydrocyclone clusters (Model: φ500-14) and 2 sets of decomposition hydrocyclone clusters (Model: φ200×2-11). Hydrocyclones are core classification and separation equipment in the alumina production process. The coordinated operation of these two models of hydrocyclones serves as the critical equipment foundation for ensuring that the Phase II project achieves its designed production capacity and operational efficiency.

The delivery of this batch of high-efficiency, wear-resistant hydrocyclone clusters will provide strong equipment support for the smooth commissioning and stable operation of the PT. BAP Phase II project, meeting its needs for expanding alumina production capacity.
