★The hydrocyclone assembly of the Guangxi Long'an Hetai Green New Materials Industrial Chain Production Base Project was successfully shipped.
Recently, three sets of φ500-14 hydrocyclones (the largest hydrocyclones in China's alumina industry) and one set of φ500-8 hydrocyclones, designed and manufactured by our company, have been loaded onto trucks and officially shipped to Guangxi Longan Hetai New Materials Co., Ltd. This batch of equipment will be used for the classification of imported bauxite (3 sets) and domestic bauxite (1 set), respectively, serving the raw ore slurry classification process in the slurry grinding section of the customer's alumina project, helping to improve raw material processing efficiency and process stability.
This project adopts an advanced circular economy model, aiming to create a green circular industrial chain of "cement plant—alumina—cogeneration—cement plant" to achieve efficient resource utilization and ultra-low pollutant emissions. The hydrocyclone equipment provided by our company is one of the fundamental components ensuring the efficient and stable operation of this advanced production line.
