Recently, a batch of mineral processing equipment manufactured by our company for the alumina project of the second phase of the State Power Investment Corporation Guinea Aluminum Industry Development Project has successfully completed all pre-assembly work. The equipment is now fully packaged and will soon be officially shipped.

The equipment delivered this time includes: 2 sets of SNPT200×2-17 (15) decomposition hydrocyclones, 2 sets of SNPT100×2-PU-40 decomposition hydrocyclones, and 3 sets of φ2.0×4.5m rotary slag removal screens. All of the above equipment are key equipment in the alumina production process. Among them, the decomposition and classification hydrocyclones are mainly responsible for the classification and sorting of finished aluminum hydroxide and fine seed aluminum hydroxide, while the rotary slag removal screens are used for slurry purification to ensure the stable and efficient operation of subsequent processes.

In addition to the aforementioned equipment, the three sets of φ500-8 raw material hydrocyclones配套 for this project are currently being manufactured in an orderly manner at our company and will be delivered on schedule soon.

It is understood that the project is located in the Bailai region of Boffa Province, Republic of Guinea, and is planned to build an alumina production system with an annual output of 1.2 million tons. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation on December 31, 2027, and produce qualified commercial alumina. It is an important landmark project for China-Guinea production capacity cooperation and overseas mining development.
