Recently, the complete set of steel-rubber composite liners for two φ5.03×7.5m ball mills manufactured by Hebei Shengnaipute Co., Ltd. was installed at an iron ore mine in North Africa. The installation has passed on-site quality inspection, and the equipment is ready for operation.

It is understood that the iron ore project uses two identical φ5.03×7.5m overflow ball mills for ore beneficiation. As a core wear-resistant component of the mill, the ball mill liner directly affects the equipment's operating efficiency, maintenance frequency, and overall operating costs.

Currently, both sets of liners have been installed (including cylinder liner, end liner, lifting bars and fasteners). On-site feedback indicates that the installation process was smooth and the fit between the liner and the cylinder meets the design requirements.

Compared with traditional high-manganese steel liners, our steel-rubber composite liners have a lifespan that is more than 1.5 times that of manganese steel liners, and their weight is only 30% to 35% of that of manganese steel liners. They can save 3% to 5% of electricity consumption, reduce noise to below 85dB, and have outstanding corrosion resistance, resulting in significant overall cost advantages throughout their entire life cycle.
