Recently, three sets of φ500-12 raw material hydrocyclones and three sets of φ200×2-18 decomposition hydrocyclones manufactured by our company were successfully installed in Beihai City, Guangxi Province. This marks a significant milestone in the supporting infrastructure of Beihai East Hope Materials Technology Co.,Ltd.'s 1×2 million tons/year alumina project.
Three sets of raw material hydrocyclones will be used in the slurry preparation system of the newly built raw material workshop of the project, undertaking the tasks of material classification and concentration; three sets of decomposition hydrocyclones will be installed in the fractionation and evaporation area of the project, serving the subsequent decomposition and evaporation processes. Both types of equipment are key classification equipment in the alumina production process, and their proper configuration helps to improve the efficiency of slurry preparation and the stability of the decomposition process.
The 2 million-ton-per-year alumina project of Beihai Dongfang Hope Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is an important extension project of the aluminum industry in the region. The successful installation of the hydrocyclone lays the equipment foundation for the subsequent commissioning and operation with feed material.
