Hydrocyclone assembly

Scope of application: the cyclone of HBSNPT is suitable for the first and second stage classification, separation, dehydration and desliming, tailings damming, and other operations in the grinding process of non-ferrous, ferrous, and rare metal mines. It is also suitable for material classification and sewage treatment in coal, petrochemical, power plant, papermaking, and other industries.

Structural Characteristics of the Cyclone Group

The cyclone group adopts various layout structures such as circular array, square array, rectangular array, and horizontal layout. It is uniformly fed through the feed distributor, and the overflow and underflow products are collected and discharged.

Both the overflow tank and underflow tank are equipped with removable splash guards, effectively avoiding the splashing of slurry and the diffusion of odorous gases, ensuring safe on-site operation and a clean environment.

The reasonable angle design of the underflow tank and the insertion depth of the cyclone underflow exit in the underflow tank can not only ensure the smooth discharge of the underflow but also avoid the splashing of slurry.

Due to the reasonable design of the overall dimensions, the material is discharged in an umbrella shape, preventing the material from impacting the bottom of the grit chamber, thereby increasing the service life of the underflow tank.
