Hebei Shengnaipute | DN700 Cast Rubber Wear-Resistant Pipes Shipped to South Asia

Recently, our company has completed the production of 300-meter DN700 cast rubber pipes for a copper mine project in South Asia, which have been delivered to the port and will soon be shipped to the project site.

This batch of pipes adopts a high-quality cast rubber vulcanization process (i.e., one-piece molding with steel molds), which ensures that the rubber wear-resistant layer is seamless, dense, and does not peel off, resulting in excellent wear resistance and significantly improving the durability and adaptability of the pipes to different working conditions.

In addition, we designed the pipeline for easy installation and maintenance based on the on-site construction conditions, which effectively reduced the complexity of installation, improved the efficiency of later maintenance, and provided a reliable guarantee for customers' on-site construction and long-term operation.
