Recently, four sets of hydrocyclones and four sets of rotary screens manufactured by our company were successfully installed at an alumina plant in Guangxi.
The hydrocyclone assembly ensures that the material supplied to the subsequent leaching process is a fine mineral slurry with "appropriate concentration and qualified particle size", while separating out unqualified coarse particles for further processing, thereby maximizing resource utilization and chemical reaction efficiency.

Rotary screens are replacing vibrating screens for slag removal, which is an industry trend. They reduce vibration, lower civil engineering costs, and have lower operating power, thus saving on operating costs.

The combination of these two methods controls the particle size and cleanliness of materials at the source, laying a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the entire alumina production system, efficient resource recovery, and reduced energy consumption.
The shared technological value of hydrocyclone assemblies and rotary screens lies in:
• Improved Quality and Recovery Rate: Precise grading ensures only minerals of the correct particle size participate in the core chemical reaction, directly improving alumina leaching rate and final product quality.
• Optimized Energy Consumption: Efficient concentration and dehydration reduce the amount of water required for subsequent evaporation and drying processes, significantly lowering heat energy consumption.
• Stable System Operation: Impurity removal and concentration/particle size control provide stable and reliable material conditions for the entire continuous alumina plant, ensuring smooth production.
• Resource Recycling: In-plant recycling of water and fine particulate matter is achieved, meeting the requirements of green production.
