Introduction to Pneumatic Valve Control System
The pneumatic principle of the pneumatic slurry valve control box is as follows: Compressed air flows through the ball valve, pneumatic FRL (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) unit, and an electromagnetic directional control valve to the cylinder. The pneumatic double-electric solenoid directional control valve is installed in a valve island configuration, which provides a compact structure. The cylinder is responsible for opening or closing the slurry valve, achieving fast switching speeds, quick response times, and convenient operation. The pressure displayed on the pressure gauge represents the working pressure of the cylinder, and the silencer reduces exhaust noise.
