The inlet and outlet bushings of a mill are critical components that significantly impact the mill's operational efficiency and longevity. The design of their structure and material selection play a pivotal role in these aspects.
New Structure: Carbon Steel Shell + Modular Rubber Lining
The structural design of mill inlet and outlet bushings typically takes into account wear resistance and ease of replacement. The new design incorporates a steel shell as the base, with a rubber composite lining installed on the inner wall of the steel shell. This structured bushing is fully interchangeable with the original cast metal bushing, and the rubber lining of the bushing is divided into multiple equal sections that can be individually removed or replaced. This allows for the replaced parts to be removed from the discharge end of the mill, significantly reducing maintenance workload and enhancing maintenance efficiency.
