Complete Machine Composition

The trommel can be divided into self-driven and hanging types based on their drive forms.

Self-driven: This refers to a screen that possesses its own driving force, complete functionality, and the defining characteristics of a machine.

Hanging: This refers to a screen that does not have its own driving force but relies on a related piece of equipment to provide the operational power, while still maintaining complete functionality.

After the material enters the drum unit, it is jigged and rolled on the screen surface due to the rotation of the drum unit. Furthermore, the working face of the screen core is equipped with rubber spiral deflectors, enabling the material to move axially during jigging. The graded material on the screen (oversize product) is guided out by the rubber spiral deflectors inside the drum and enters the front material collector; while the material discharged through the screen mesh of the screen core (undersize product) enters the rear material collector.
