Steel-rubber composite liners are a new type of liner structure composed of wear-resistant steel and rubber, which possess various excellent physical and chemical properties.

Structural Composition

Steel rubber composite liner is usually composed of steel plate and rubber composite. The steel plate is often made of high-strength low-alloy steel materials such as NM400 and NM500, which exhibit high strength and hardness. The rubber employs imported high-performance rubber materials that possess excellent toughness and wear resistance. Some steel-rubber composite liners also include an intermediate adhesive and a backing steel plate , forming a three-layer structure that further enhances their impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
